The World Bank website is freely available at https://www.worldbank.org/ and the World Bank Open Knowledge Repository is the World Bank’s official open access repository for its research outputs and knowledge products.

The UNCTAD website is also freely available on the internet and there is a wide range of publications and statistics on their website. 

Thomson Reuters Datastream is a subscription based product, and yes, Rhodes University does have a subscription which is available to Rhodes' registered users only.
