Question :

Why loud music outside the @RhodesLibrary?? Where are we supposed to study?

Answer :

Rhodes Library only has jurisdiction over noise in the library. Occasionally there is noise in the quad (for eg. Purple Thursday events) and we may & do ask individuals/groups to quieten down.  For quieter study please try the west side of the building.
