I need help to log into the library system...the barcode on my staff card has worn off over time and I have also forgotten my PIN. Who is the
Answer :
This is a two step process.
1) In order to find out what your barcode was, please telephone the Loans Desk (046) 603-8463 or contact the Faculty librarians . Please quote your name and staff number.
2) You will then need to reset your PIN.
- On the Library's webpage http://www.ru.ac.za/library click on Library catalogue/OPAC.
- Click on the My Library option on the Services Bar at the top of the page.
- Choose the Create or Re-set your pin option.
- Follow the instructions and you will be given the option to reset your existing pin.
