Answer :

Yes, certainly.  There is a lift for people with disabilities to the right of the staircase on Level 1. Just remember that when you press the button for your required level inside the lift you must keep your finger on the button!

There is also a lift positioned outside the PostGrad Commons beneath the Library. This lift will deliver you to the entrance of the Library.
