Q. I am a researcher using the Research Commons where I am having difficulty in establishing wireless connection with my laptop. Are you able to help?


There is weak or no wireless internet in the RC because there is not a wireless access point close enough. As a result, some laptops are able to connect, others not.  The best solution in this situation would be to try connecting to the internet using an internet cable.
