The Library website has gone wrong I think? There is no normal home page where one can log in as an off campus user!
Answer :
We have a new library webpage and so everything does look a little different.
On the Library's webpage http://www.ru.ac.za/library, you can either access My Library Account by clicking on the 
icon on the top left hand side of the page to get to the Quick Links bar or by scrolling down until you get to the I want to... box where you will find an option to Login to My Library Account
