JSTOR does not provide access to the latest issues of journals - it has a "moving wall" whereby the latest issues are embargoed. This varies from title to title - sometimes this means no access to the previous year's issues, sometimes the previous two, or even three year's issues. I suggest that you submit an Inter Library Loan request for this article.
